Is meditation suitable for beginners?
Yes! Whether you’re just starting out or have meditated before, our classes are designed for everyone. There are drop-in classes, open to all, every week in Deal, Canterbury and Margate.

Do I need to be a Buddhist to attend?
Not at all! Our doors are open to everyone, no matter your background or beliefs. If you're interested in meditation, learning about Buddhist practice or simply looking for community, you're warmly invited.
Is there a fee to join or attend?
All our sessions are offered on a donation basis. If a suggested amount applies, we'll let you know in advance - but everyone is welcome, regardless of ability to pay.
What happens at your events?
Our gatherings include meditation, talks, rituals and social time. They're a chance to connect, learn and share in a friendly, supportive space. All participation is voluntary.
